Res Nova Design is committed to ensuring that all its Products are of high quality.

The warranty means the free replacement of each individual piece that has failed due to defects induced by the manufacturing process within the period of time defined above, starting from the date of installation. In the absence of official communication of the installation date, the warranty period begins 30 days after delivery of the Product to the Customer by Res Nova Design. The communication of the presumed defect must be made within 2 months of its occurrence.

Each batch of Product is characterized by an Identification Code (BPC = Batch Production Code) stamped on the individual piece, which codes the week/year of manufacture. The warranty applies after technical analysis by Res Nova Design of the pieces complained of as faulty collected from the plant, in order to verify that their defectiveness has not been introduced by any damage or lack arising from incorrect installation, bad use or maintenance of the product, damage introduced by modifications, incorrect handling, installation by unqualified or unauthorized personnel or lack of maintenance or regular cleaning. Res Nova Design reserves the right to make decisions regarding the validity of warranty claims.

This involves the return of the samples complained of as defective for analysis of defects. The cost of shipping the samples complained of as defective will be borne by Res Nova Design but will subsequently be charged to the customer if the technical analysis shows that the guarantee should not be applied. The guarantee is valid only in the territory of the European Union.

For each LED device/module found to be faulty due to a material or manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Res Nova Design will provide a free replacement.

An annual operating period of no more than 4,000 hours (maximum 11 hours per day) is assumed for each LED luminaire/module/driver.

All products must be installed by a qualified electrician.

The product warranty is void if installed incorrectly and not in compliance with these instructions.

The product warranty is not recognized in the event of tampering or replacement of components not supplied by the manufacturer.

The product warranty is not recognized in case of incorrect connection to the power supply line.

The product warranty is not recognized in case of modification by the user or installer.

The product warranty is not recognized in the event of power supply from a regulation system other than those indicated in the installation, use and maintenance manuals.
