This policy outlines the terms and conditions for technical support and the provision of spare parts.


REPAIRABILITY CONDITIONS
Our lamps are repairable under the following conditions:

  • They must have been purchased from Res Nova Design Srl, an authorized dealer, or the official website www.resnovadesign.com.
  • They must not have undergone unauthorized modifications or tampering.
  • Repairs must be performed by Res Nova Design Srl or a certified dealer to maintain warranty validity.


HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
If you need assistance with repairing your lamp, follow these steps:

  2. Describe the issue and provide proof of purchase.
  3. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement of the defective component.


REPAIR COSTS AND COVERAGE
If the product is still under warranty, repairs will be free of charge, except for damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.

If the warranty has expired, the customer may request a quote for repairs or the purchase of necessary spare parts.

Shipping costs for sending and returning the product may be charged to the customer, unless otherwise specified.


SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY
Replacement parts are available for a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase. You can check availability by contacting our customer support.


EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This policy does not cover:
