FREE SHIPPING
All shipments within Italy are free of charge, with no minimum order requirement. No additional delivery costs apply.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping is carried out via BRT courier, with estimated delivery times of 1-4 business days from the date of shipment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment directly on the BRT website.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

OCCASIONAL DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., adverse weather conditions, peak shipping periods, strikes). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about your shipment status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details entered at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively within Italy. Orders for delivery outside of Italy cannot be processed at this time. Please stay tuned for any future updates regarding the expansion of our shipping services.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you experience any issues with your shipment (lost or damaged package), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
