RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the receipt of an item to request a return under our returns policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged, and include all original components and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@resnovadesign.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and work towards a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.


Substitutions
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the one you received, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If your goods were shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with regular returns, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
